Use this oil topically on the back of the neck or on the bottoms of feet. Diffuse Valerian essential oil to create an atmosphere of clarity, relaxation, and balance. Topical: Apply 2-4 drops directly to desired area. Dilution not required, except for sensitive skin.
Aromatic: Diffuse up to 30 minutes 3 times daily.
